The Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit, the operator of this website (“we”, “us”, “our” or “HIWU”), is a division of Drug Free Sport, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and is the enforcement agency for the anti-doping and medication control program for covered horses, covered persons and cover racetracks under the Horseracing Safety and Integrity Act of 2020 (the “Act”).
